Carr Creek Cattle Company, LLC is a family-owned, local beef operation with consumer needs as our top priority. We breed and raise commercial Irish Black and Red cattle.
Our beef is raised on high mountain grass in the Colorado Rockies, meaning no growth hormones, no steroids and especially no feed antibiotics. In raising these cattle this way, we feel comfortable and at ease that we are providing you with the best, most healthy beef.
We sell quarters, halves and wholes as well as offering individual retail cuts. Now, not only is our beef available locally but it can be enjoyed by any person seeking a pleasurable eating experience across the nation.
